I’m trying to start wholeselling and I would need help with setting it up I would be interested in finding a deal finding my own buyers list and contacting a local wholesaler with experience for 40/60 or 50/50 split with the profit just so I know how to keep going in real estate

Yeah I was thinking of doing wholesaling or lease options but don’t really have the experience or knowledge to jump right in until my friends dad can start mentoring me I’m just trying to read and gain the most information

Thanks for replying and yeah actually I’m going to have a friend who’s father is a successful real estate guy mentor me through the process hopefully but do you have any suggestions on how I would be able to get into real estate no money down ( other than closing fees). And how much are closing fees usually

Hello I am new to this community and wish to become part of it but just don’t know how. Looking to rent a house or apartment and booking it on Airbnb etc. Any one know or have particular experience and would like to elaborate on how the process is done. Im a freshman in college with a goal to have a couple homes in my portfolio by the end of these four years.
