Thank you all for the great advice such as reading every thing there is to read.  Right now all I have is an ideal and goals to own properties and become as "hands-on" as possible. Hopefully I can meet a mentor in my area who could coach me to obtain my goals and possible work under them to learn the ropes of real estate.

Hi you all.! My name is Jo'Desie I'm 23 years old from Columbus, GA. I don't have any experience in real estate but I do have a very high interest. I'm here to find investors, and etc. I would like to learn the steps of owning property and flipping houses. Any help to me get started or steer me in the right direction is highly appreciated.
