I have a question about forming an LLC. I found a real estate deal and needed to raise $150,000. I planned to sign for the loan and give them a percentage of the ownership of the deal, but they have decided that they want to be equal partners with me so they are going to sign for the loan as well. How do I show the capital contribution for me? I brought the deal so that should account for something or am I wrong. I was thinking that I could state that my capital contribution was also $150,000 then show that I owe the funds to the LLC, but I feel I should be credited something for bringing the deal.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
