I am in possession of an assignable Purchase Agreement for a Brick Ranch. Home as a carport and 2 car detached garage on over an acre of land. Light rehab for walls and floors. Upgraded kitchen with granite countertops.
If you would like more information about this property and others please call or text 704-759-6910 to be added to my cash buyers list.

I am currently in possession of an assignable Purchase Agreement for a fix and flip in Charlotte. As I generate wholesale opportunities I send these to my customer base. If you are interested in discounted properties and would like to be added to my email list please let me know.

I am new to real estate investing as a part time venture. Currently loving my career at Time Warner Cable and started wholesaling property as a means to build long term wealth.
One of my cash buyers recommended I join BiggerPockets for the resources and networking.
I started wholesaling two months ago and completed my first deal as a result of cold calling a Craig's List lead. I have started my direct mail campaign for single family homes in Mecklenburg, Cabarrus and Union County.
For those reading through the Newbie Forums what problems or challenges can I as a wholesaler help investors and cash buyers overcome?
What are some killer best practices of those who are managing a career and starting a new business in real estate investing?
Thank you for reading over my first post.
