Hey everyone. I am looking into buying a trailer park with 6 trailers. One is rented and 3 need small repairs, mainly cosmetic work. 1 is a money pit to much to do in it I think. just looking for some resources on how to analyze this type of deal.

thanks for the replies everyone. I have listened to a few of the podcasts they have some great info. I will also have to set up my keyword alerts. @William Allen I will definitely have some questions in the future. Mainly different neighborhoods good for investing.

Hey everyone my name is Jody Levins and I am new to bigger pockets. I want to invest in the Pensacola area and north to Flomaton AL. I am just getting started in real estate and I am ready to learn. My goal in real estate is to get enough rental income that I can quit my job and be a full time investor. I realize how much I don't know about real estate and love learning new things .
