Hi new friends, my wife are in Henderson, Nevada and just moved to a newer house.  We are seriously considering renting our previous house.  It's a 3/2 with a pool, so we have some reservations on pool safety & liability, as well as what utilities we as landlords should keep in our name - which utilities in Nevada can put a lien on the property for non-payment?  All tips and opinions welcome, as we are just starting on this venture :)
