Hi All,

Looking at investing in San Diego and have been using the BRRR calculator provide. It's been a huge help, but I don't see any part to include HOA costs. What's the best way to include those costs in our calculations? Thank you for the help!

I agree that prices are really going up. Looks that if you are paying more than $400k, the BRRR calculator looks negative on a property on many factors. Is the best option to look <$400k in a lower income or farther away neighborhood? Otherwise, seems too expensive be profitable.
