Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $157,000
Cash invested: $157,000

This property was bought as a foreclosure, I am currently waiting for sheriffs deed to evict previous owner. Once the previous owner is removed we will start the renovation. ARV is $270,000
