That's awesome, great to see someone with the same vision as myself. You seem to be a step ahead, already looking for a potential seller. Best of luck to you!

Seems like we're seeking the same goal, Chagdrick! Hope you find a meet near you that can get you in the door!
I do have a question for you, from a finance stand point how are you going to achieve getting into wholesale? What requirements are not up to par with, or are you ready to purchase right now?

My name is Joe. I'm 24, I bought my first single family home at the age of 22. I have bills, children, and a wife. I work a great paying job for a great company and pay bills with ease. I reached a point 6 months ago where I found myself looking for more. I found this website upon hours of reading and taking notes on investing. It's become my greatest tool.
Real Estate investing is what I've been searching for. I enjoy my full time job in all aspects, but I'm very capable of more. I bought my home through an FHA loan, this was a non-investment buy. I'm currently seeking to buy apartment complexes now and build a business.
Lack of financial knowledge in the investment world seems to be the only thing keeping me back at this time.
I'm driven to succeed and will buy my first investment property when I'm more knowledgeable of the financial side of investing in property.
I also have a partner in my brother. He's just as dedicated as I am, and we're both climbing the ladder to success at a rapid pace. We are both investing together and are beginning this journey. I'm seeking financial experiences on how to invest and the specific options that I can utilize for my personal situation.
Real Estate Investing has become my passion and goal for the future, my willingness to learn and my devotion will bring me to my goals. Ultimately, I'm looking for advice on how to finance my first apartment complex. I appreciate the time taken by anyone who read this, let alone anyone who takes the time to respond and offer their own personal experience.
Thanks
