Kitchen: Countertops and cabinets can stay (paint cabinets) (For a rental)
Bathroom- Replace tile, vanity and tub can stay. Paint
Windows- 5 Windows, replace.
Basement Repairs done in 2009: They removed concrete in basement to install a new black water valve/ball system to control basement fixtures and floor drain. Installed new 2" PVC washer drain, individual vent for washer drain to Code. Replaced Concrete, finished smoothing to existing grade and shape.
