Hello everyone. I'm new here to bigger pockets but excited for what I can learn from it. I'm a native of Upstate SC and have lived here most of my life. I have an amazing wife who I love spending my free time with. I have a degree in Supply Chain Management and do some logistics work for a non-profit in my area when I'm not working in real estate. As far as my real estate career, I worked for a local Century 21 office for a year when I was in college but I was more interested in my friends than work so I never really took off with it. After a few years in sales jobs I began working in logistics before I found another opportunity in real estate.  Currently I work for a buyers group called Dual City Investments. We look for commercial property deals in almost any category. My focus is retail and office space. We generally just look for off market deals where we buy property straight from the owner. We look for deals all over the country but main area is SC, NC, GA, TN, and FL.  Thanks for checking my post out and I look forward to meeting some of you.
