Do Fix n Flippers usually buy property inspections before moving forward with a wholesale deal? I've heard mixed responses. If not, why not? And if so, what's the best way to accomplish this logistically? I have had some trouble scheduling between inspectors and wholesalers due to various factors such as contrained times to visit, houses still being occupied, fast closing times, etc. What are some general recommendations or tips? Hi there, I'm a new real estate investor who has had some trouble with wholesalers with whom I've spoken. Because of this, I'm looking for recommendations for a good wholesaling company in the DFW area. Looking for things such as reasonable EMDs, win-win contracts, and accurate repair estimates/ARVs. Any relevant info would be much appreciated!
