Thank you Chris. It is good to know that you respect your elders (ha). I know Pitt County very well and have lived here for a total of thirty years (1968 - 1991 and 2004 - present). It is a booming economy with East Carolina University, Vidant Medical Center, and a strong industrial base as the main drivers. As a novice the rental markets appear extremely strong. I would love to speak with you at your convenience.

Hello, my name is Joe Toothman and I am interested in becoming a real estate investor. I retired from the job world in 2006 and am now looking to further build my legacy for my wife and family. I am 62 and swing trade stocks/ETFs for a living but would like to add real estate to my income stream. Other than owning several primary residents over the years I know nothing about real estate investing. I would appreciate any and all education from knowledgable RE investors. Thanks.
