Thank you very much, John.  What do you use to screen tenants (credit & Background checks)?

I've been pleased with Cozy.co over the past couple years.  But, they are sun-setting the Cozy brand and shifting it under the Apartments.com URL.  All my properties are single family homes, so I do not like the idea of sending my tenants to a site called apartments.com.  I work hard to create a home feel that causes them to want to stay for the long term, and have had pretty good luck with this.  So, what alternative tools would you recommend for screening tenants and collecting rent?  In case it helps, I am a small investor with 4-6 properties at a time, and I use Stessa for my books.  Thanks for sharing your experiences.
