Where can I look up members in Moorhead without having the Pro account?

Any thoughts about contacting one of those ads on craigslist such as "I buy ugly houses"? Would that be an option or would they completely rip us off?

From what I gather, the rehab is mostly cosmetic, but I will be sure to get more details as I get further into this.

I am fairly new to investing and an offer has been placed in my lap so to speak. A friend of mine lives in Arizona and has a house in Moorehead Minnesota he desperately needs to sell. It is an "AS IS" condition and is vacant at the moment. He owes $50k on it and believes it will be worth $100k ARV. My question is should I wholesale it to an investor in Minnesota? If so, what direction should I take? Any information would be helpful.
