@Gary F. Thanks for starting this thread. Have you uncovered additional resources for Prefab or Modular units? I am in the unincorporated section of San Jose, so fall under the Santa Clara County building regulations. We have been considering building an ADU for my 20 year old disabled son and his caregiver. Ideally, this would be 2 BDR, but realize that most of the requirements restrict you to 1 BDR. Just starting our investigation on how to best add this unit to our backyard.
