Does anyone else use AgentPro247 to generate mailing lists? I have been using this for the past few months along with Click to Mail for my direct mail and I am getting a ton of return to senders. Its not a huge loss but still a loss so any advice as to how I can correct this issue is appreciated.

Thank you all for the advise. @Brian Eastman:  I like to think I am younger I am 28 and hope to one day soon generate the type of income to be able to contribute significant amounts into retirement. I will definitely be consulting with a tax professional and/or financial adviser. I just like to have a good grasp on the subject before making a decision. Thanks again.

I am at the very beginning stages of entering the investing world I have been self educating through books the forums on this site and others and I on average listen to two podcasts a day while at work for the past few weeks and one subject I haven't found much information on is the actual startup of an investing company. So my first question is what would be the smartest type of entitie to start, LLC s corporation or c corporation... With the intent to start a solo Roth 401k?. Which brings me to question number two. Is a solo Roth 401k the best way to go for a retirement fund? Considering I will be the only employee in my business and of course down the road would like to be able to use those funds without penalty and self direct to invest in more deals. Any and all advice is much appreciated
