Well I mean $ you saved for rentals. I have kept enough $ for $10k per house in case stuff happens. But how do all these ppl buy 30 rentals no way they’re not Using other ppls money.

After you use all your savings to cover your down payments for rentals an get your money back after you refi on those an put that into other rentals.... how do you buy more houses when you have no more cash? Private $? Banks?
