@John Corey thanks for getting back to me. Boulder is a little out of my reach for now but maybe once we get our feet wet it may be an area we’d be interested in.

We are newbies about an hour north of Denver and are looking to do some flips and eventually look at some passive income properties and would love to just talk to someone In the area who is doing the same.
