 Thanks River. I am not sure exactly yet, which approach is best for myself and my area in Las Cruces, NM. I generally have been researching small multifamily properties and single-family homes for both short and long-term rentals.

Hello everyone and great day! My name is Johnathan Martinez and I am new to real estate as a whole. I just joined the BiggerPockets forum and I am excited to be part of such a dynamic and intelligent group of people.
