If I have the Tax deed on a property and there is and old burned out house on it, can I knock it down and build on it? If I knock it down does the right of redemption start over because it is considered an "improvement"?

Question: if I purchase raw land via tax sale and I receive a certificate or tax deed, can I cut and sell the timber off the property?

I have a Tax Deed (not a tax certificate) on a vacant house. How do I get the complete warranty deed or is this all I need in order to sell? Can I sell it without any reproductions? The 3 year redemption period is over. Do I need to "quiet the title"?

I was looking for land with a small pond to fish. I haven't found any yet but I'll keep you posted.
