I have had a couple rentals in Johnstown, Westmont, nice homes, but no one renting. I do have a PM in place but I dont see them offered as rentals when I do a google search, where do the PMs post? Where do renters search for homes? Is is it normal for homes to sit unrented for months at a time in Johnstown?
