Good Morning Rennie, I can't thank you enough, I'm getting so much great information from you. Do all the subdivisions have use of the Porters Plantation Clubhouse? I was considering the Del Webb community but the house are 10 feet apart and ten feet doesn't make good neighbors.. I like the Del Webb because they have so many activities and clubs to join for my wife, I have no issue making new friends, my wife is a little shy.

Hi, Does anyone know about Porters Neck, the area looks nice and seems to be less expensive then Land Fall. I'm going to semi-retire, not full retirement. I want to be somewhat close to shops and restaurants. I also want a active area for retirement, a clubhouse or country club where my wife could met new friends. Land Fall looks great but I'm afraid being with stuffy people named Winston or Thurston with wives named Buffy and Elizabeth. We would like to be around normal fun people who are not fake...
Sounds like a great investment on only a 42,000.00 purchase. If I could find deals lie that, I would literally purchase 10 of them... Great return on investment..

Good Morning All, I hope everyone is staying safe during these trying times. I'm looking to retire or semi-retire in the Wilmington area. I heard Land Fall is nice but expensive. Can anyone let me know if they have any knowledge of the area, it would be greatly appreciated.
