Hello BP Community,
I'm looking to acquire small (<$2.5M) MF commercial property (currently in Tennessee) using a long-term buy-and-hold approach. I'm looking for suggestions on 2022 commercial lenders with the best, most competitive terms for long-term lending (minimum 20 year terms). My goal is to lock a rate and 30 year term. Would anyone be willing to share their recent lender experiences and terms on their commercial properties in this niche? Even if you're currently in the shopping process (as I am), what are you seeing from your potential lenders?
Thanks for reading and commenting.

@Susan Wang - I asked this same question to my attorney and he said no, it must be an individual that holds ownership in the LLC that owns the property, it can't be an LLC owning/controlling the LLC that holds the property unfortunately.

Hello and HNY folks!
Does anyone have any CPA firm recommendations, ideally advising RE investors, in the Nashville area?
Thanks,
John

Hi @Daniel Etheridge and others - I've recently moved to the greater Nashville area (from the west coast) and also looking to network. I'd be happy to connect and meet up with you and others. Thanks.
