@Account Closed Thanks for the info on AREIS 2.0. I was looking around at their site. How accurate are you finding their estimates for ARV, and is that a web based software or do they sell you the software that you are able to download? It looked to me that they charged a one time fee for the software. Is that correct?

Could anyone give me some names of Title companies in the Orlando area that are work well with wholesalers?  I am new to the process and would like to be able to work with title companies that are familiar with the process.

I'm new to the community and a little scared to take the leap and jump into a deal. I love reading the posts like yours in the area. It gives me some motivation to do one myself. I look forward to seeing the before and after pics. Do you mind saying what part of Orlando you bought this house in? I would be interested in why you chose one area over another, or if it was simply because you felt the numbers worked. I hope you make the profits you are projecting and more!
