I could see where you would be frustrated. It seems you are going through a lot and still wanting to do a lot more. Good on you!!!

I also understand the fear of scammers in the "Hard Money Loan" area. I'm sure it's happened before, and I'm sure it will happen again. I currently work for a private lender and have many programs that could be suitable for you. If you would like to discuss some of our programs, let me know and we can figure something out. We have a property to sell. Considering let it go to a wholesaler, but I have no clue what the first step is in getting this done. Could someone guide me through the process PLEASE???
