Hi Tony, Sorry for delayed response.  We have owner's names, mailing addresses and property addresses for all our leads.  Ideally, we'd love to get cell phone numbers.  We will definitely be starting off paying for several hundred leads and be consistently growing that number (though not in huge increments in the first few months) .  My partner and I have 58 years combined experience in real estate; and want to grow methodically to preserver reputation and Client Satisfaction.   Thanks for any respnse, John Fall

Thanks for replying. I obtain addresses of Expired Listings and need to get accurate phone #'s.  Checked several services but I don't have a recommendation so shooting in the dark.  Ultimate Skip Trace says they can do 94% accuracy but won't let me do a small test.  I checked with TransUnion business services but they won't help if its for lead generation (unless the prospect gave me the phone number directly). We want to grow our real estate company to the moon. Between my partner and I, we have 58 years full-time experience in Real Estate. Please let me know what you know?
