Tanesha,

Reifax is a program that you pay for which grants you access to both properties that are listed through MLS and even more properties that are not listed. It is a tool pretty much most investors in Florida use and will make you extremely successful. I am no spokesperson for the program but I can tell you I don't know how an investor can live without it. Go on their website, call them up and learn more about the program.

Tanesha,

I am currently in a mentor program and didn't pay nearly that much at all. One word of advice is to stay away from those big national programs and gurus that will take you for your money. I am in a mentorship through my local REIA who still currently does deals in my local area. The key to a good mentor is finding one that is still currently doing deals in your area. Also, get to know people through your local REIA. Being that you are from Florida you have access to the greatest program in the country and it is only available in FL called ReiFax. I am not a licensed real estate agent or a broker, but with this program I have access to way more properties than any broker or agent can. I highly suggest investing some money into ReiFax to find deals. Although, it won't hurt to have your real estate license, but technically you do not need one to find properties. Hope this helps.

Hello All,

My name is John Feldman. I am a new investor in the South Florida area. I am currently a member & student of the Broward Real Estate Investment Association. My mother and I have started our own Real Estate Investment company called On The Move Properties, LLC. As a team, we are focusing on pre-foreclosure homes, buying, flipping, wholesaling and helping those out of the foreclosure process. I look forward to getting to know the business and all the great people within it.
