Great question! Definitely work with local community banks before going to regional or national institutions. Have you looked at hard money? I’m in the food service industry myself and looking for a sales person. My company is all for our employees creating financial freedom, your w2 is just a way to get you to that point. Connect with me if you’re interested

Thanks Casey! I will reach out.

Hello BP, I live in Lafayette, LA and was currently laid off from my job and am now waiting tables. I am interested in a SFH that I would like to house hack. I have been analyzing this deal using every scenario possible, and all signs point to it being a great cash flowing property. I have the funds in order to make the downpayment, closing cost and other expenses. Is all I need a Cosigner for the loan?
