I'm immersed in a couple of transactions with EquityBuild and have been happy with my engagement and involvement. They are always more than happy to answer my questions so you can likely call them directly and ask anything you want.

I have now invested in a couple of properties and have been completely happy with the transaction process and the progress towards the returns. While they do seem high (my attorney and CPA were both concerned with the high estimated returns as well,) they are absolutely on track to produce as promised. Part of the reason for the ones I'm involved in is the fact that there are vouchers approved for guaranteed tenancy and another is when some of the multi-use properties have additional income streams (cell towers, laundry, etc.)

John, is your interest in lending or buying?  I'll certainly make sure your questions get answered.

Thanks for all of your help, John. You've made the process seamless!

I am thinking of investing with this company.  It's been discussed in this forum before a while ago.  Anyone with firsthand experience?

Darrell, I am now immersed inside of two deals with EquityBuild and have had nothing but a good, positive experience thus far. My rep has been really helpful along the way and the process has been actually easier than the properties I historically invested in with others over the years. I know that the team has multiple first-hand experience testimonials that they are willing to give you when you call as I spoke with a few investors before I did my initial investment. I hope that helps.

Hello everyone. New the site, but not new to investing. A colleague of mine has made  investment in two properties held by EquityBuild and has been pleased with his experience. I am considering investing in a 16-unit mixed use building of theirs and was curious if anyone else here had considered this property or had worked with them already. I have most multi-family housing in my portfolio, but recently have done some smaller retail investment - so this deal looks interesting, but I have never done a mixed-use property. Any advice on this specifically? This is the property: https://equitybuild.com/eb-properties/multifamily-rental-properties-commercial/property/2453-East-75th-Street-Opportunity----16-Unit-Mixed-Use-Building-183
