Thanks Mike,

Do these two managers do long term rental or primarily short term? In looking at their websites it looks like they are primarily STR. I would be looking for someone that deals primarily with long term rentals in the area.

Thanks

Does anyone have recommendations for investor friendly LTR property managers in the Myrtle Beach area.  We are exploring the possibility of picking up some rentals in the area and would like to locate a property manager up front.

Thanks

Years ago I had an old guy tell me that unless I had the backbone to evict a grandma with three sick babies on Christmas Eve, I should reconsider owning rental property.  He went on to explain that it was business and if you didn't stand up to the situation the tenants would take advantage of the situation and leave you holding the bag at every turn.

In 30+ years I have never kicked a grandma out on Christmas Eve, but I have kicked a few single deadbeats out a few days before the holidays.
