Post: VA loan in Seattle for a House Hack

Hello, my name is John!

I am looking to use my VA Loan to get my first deal on a place and thinking of doing BRRR from there. I am looking for people to work with to get advice on this route. I am not really looking for anything too crazy big since I do not plan on having a down payment. I was looking at doing the 2bed 2 bath route and renting out one room and bathroom. However, if something better comes along I am more than willing to run the numbers on that.

Thanks!

I recently moved to Washington. I am looking for some connections in real estate business. I want to try to get more of an insight of what to expect and where to start. I don't want to waste your time either. I can help you by taking professional photos for your properties as I am also into photography and have my own camera.

Hi my name is John. I am 19 years old and I am wanting to start real estate investing. I am getting stationed In Whidbey Island , WA when I return from deployment. I'm looking for someone to shadow and learn the trade more hands on. I got interested to do this type of investing because I've been around it a lot when I was little helping my dad just work on houses. In return of a mentorship I am willing to do some work in return. If you need any help cleaning houses to get them ready, putting in flooring, or anything else I am ready to help.
