I am an 18-year-old senior in high school. I have recently been introduced to real estate investing. I have been reading books and listening to podcasts as often as possible. What advice would you give to someone just starting out looking to learn more about real estate investing? Are there any books you recommend? What mistakes and regrets did you make that you can help newbies, like myself, avoid? Thank you?
