I'm hoping to close on a 2-family BRRR deal in Peekskill, NY next week and I need to find an insurance agent who can write a policy that will cover the property while under construction, then when it's being rented out. Anyone know anybody good in the area?

I've been focusing mainly on the lower hudson valley (have a deal in the works in Peekskill), but am interested in Troy/Albany too as they look very financially appealing. Love to hear any tips you may have about the region!

Congratulations! Cool to see that there are good deals out there in the tri-state area! I'm just getting into buy-and-hold deals and am hoping to eventually be able to find a great multi-unit deal like this.
