I have a client in California that is the managing director of a realty advisory and development company that brings capital from China for investment in the US.
Their goal is to buy Class A Multifamily in DFW. I need to report on the average cap rate and price for a typical Class A complex in DFW.
I would like to communicate with anyone in DFW that can provide me with the information and properties that they are looking for.
