Quote from @Ko Kashiwagi:

Hi Johnna,

In person meetups are great ways to build trust and rapport! Events can be found on BiggerPockets, meetup.com, eventbrite and Facebook.

I have been looking into these! I just did some research on the National REI Summit in OH and our local REI monthly meetings! Definitely going to give that a try!

Thank you!

Hi, My name is Johnna. I am currently two years into my investment journey and have had tremendous success thus far in my investments and fix n flip journey in Kansas City. I am a licensed GC, real estate agent, and own a custom home business. I am wanting to expand my business into property and project management as well but how do I contact other investors about partnering and expanding without sounding like I am cold calling? What would you recommend? I am running into the problem that most investors already have their teams built.

What are your thoughts on the Kansas City market? Would you invest here? For flips or rental properties?
