The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Investing, just read this book for free after joining Bigger pockets and I am excited about the opportunity to make this new adventure work at its best. I'm also starting real estate school in two weeks for more education and to get a license in the Michigan market...I'm taking step to start a successful venture into real estate. Hey everyone, I am very exciting and nervous at the same time to enter the market of real estate investing, I am eager too learn and hopefully make my mark in this business. I am open to suggestions and questions. I am looking to make some contacts and business friendships that will help us all gain gain and gain in this market. I am enrolling into school to get my Michigan Real Estate License and will be looking for a sponsor soon and I am hoping to get into flipping property and becoming a landlord with some of my own investment properties to generate a positive cash flow.
