Welcome Thomas!! I am new to Bigger Pockets as well, but not new to Real Estate.

Good luck in getting your license. How is that online class? My dad is wanting to get his license and I think the online class could be a great option for him.

As for getting started...it's all about meeting people and getting your name out. Make sure ALL your friends and family know that you are in real estate. That is where a good portion of your business will come from in the beginning.

I love every part of the real estate profession, whether it is listing, selling, property management, etc...I love it!! I am fortunate to be in an occupation where I can truly do what I love.
