I have been kicking around  the idea of buy and hold mobile homes. A mobile set up in a mh park (single wide) in good condition would cost around 10k or less. Less than 10k if in need of rehab. Sometimes a lot less!!! If the rent were $500.00 per month, (which is about right), the 2% rule would fit. If you have any thoughts on this particular strategy they would be appreciated.
