Hey I’m John and I’ve been listening and following along on Bigger Pockets for the past 7 months. I’m from the rural southern Minnesota college town Mankato, MN! My goal right now is to purchase a 2-3 bedroom duplex/triplex and house hack to get started. I’m looking to network and learn from this great community. @Grant Pope Hey all! I’m working/living in Mankato and just started learning about REI the past 6 months. I’m in search of a small multifamily (preferably a duplex) for my first purchase. I plan on living in one unit for a year or so and renting out the other unit. I’m curious, are you guys stIll active In REI? If so, it would be great to meet up for a cup of coffee or something to talk.
