I have sent you both what I believe is a PM or perhaps it was an invite to connect -- forgive me, if I have done this incorrectly, as I am still learning the BP interface.

Thank you for the response Ronald, however we are not focused upon residential, at this time. I will keep your project in mind, should this change. 

The sectors we are interested in are healthcare, casinos, resorts, and large urban redevelopment projects ( mixed use ).

Thank you for the quick reply. We generally get involved in the very early stages ( think pre master plan stage ). I will follow-up on your advice to connect with top commercial real estate companies to cover my bases. I have also been reaching out to architectural firms in the hopes of finding projects in the early planning stages. Let me know, if you or someone you know may have the proper contact to access these types of deals.

How can I find more 100M+ real estate development projects to pitch to my capital partners?

We are currently close to closing a 1.5B development project and have several 300–600M projects in the pipeline.
