Hello everyone, I have chosen to begin my investment journey in Ft. Worth, and would like to know if anyone has a recommendation for an investment minded agent? I'd like to learn the area a little better from someone who works in the area. Thanks everyone.

Yeah I know how to see what houses are available to be rented right now, I'm hoping to be able to look at how many homes in an area are currently being leased vs. bought. 

I've tried for the past few days to find some tool that would allow me to look into an area, say a neighborhood, and see how many homes in an area are currently being rented out. Does anyone know how I can do this? I know I can view recently SOLD houses on zillow and such, but I'm looking for rentals. Thanks everyone! I hope I placed this post in the appropriate category!

Hello everyone, my name is John. I am just turned 23, recently graduated college at Texas A&M, and am currently pursuing my masters in petroleum at the University of Texas Arlington. What I want to do is learn in the next year or two, so that when the time comes for me to start my journey and make my first move I am well prepared. Based on my current knowledge, buy and hold (rentals) will be my focus due to the time involvement. If anyone has any ideas for me or alternative resources that helped them in this area, please let me know! Also if you have other suggestions, maybe a path you chose that began similar to mine, I'd love to hear it. Thanks everyone.
