Hi Manolo thank you for your response. I specifically wanted recessed ceiling to give out a cleaner look for the retail use of the building. Although this general contractor has a pretty detailed list of pricing on his bid, some of the things seemed expensive. Knowing going into this kind of project I am expecting more things to come up. I just want to make sure that if we proceed with this project that we are not being taken advantage of and there are many experts on this forum who have a lot of experience who can give me some guidance. Considering a buying a owner use commercial retail pad that is in really rough shape and requires a full rehab. This is the first I have gotten on this project and have no prior experience. Any help and input would be appreciated. Attached is the full breakdown of the estimate.
