I own an asset management firm in Utah called Prince Assets. We specialize in finding, buying, fixing, and managing long term residential properties for investors. Our basic business model is to finance the homes we find in promising markets with investor money for an equity share, typically in the 30% range. We do everything else for you including finding the asset, negotiating the purchase of the asset, performing renovations to get the asset ready to rent, and managing the asset as long as the buyer wishes to hold it. In addition to the appreciation and growing equity in the property paid for by renters, we can generally produce a 12-18% annual return from cash flow for our investors on their original investment.
