Thank you for your reply! I will have to check out those meetings and read those books. And would be awesome if I could get a property like that to rent out! My monthly payment is almost $500. Again thank you and take care. Good luck to you as well.

Locate and attend 3 different local REIA club meetings great place to meet people gather resources and info. Here you will meet wholesalers who provide deals and rehabbers (cash buyers). You can Google to locate them and go to meetup.com

Hey everybody my name is John and am just starting to look into investing in real estate. My credit at this time isnt all to well from when I was younger and still paying school loans at this time. So that is getting cleared up slowly lol. I have read a lot on the forums and you all are awesome. Great community here.
