Hi and welcome to BP I live just over the border in Queens. House hacking and FHA is the way to go and you can do an FHA up to 8 times if I'm not mistaken. So it is a great way to break into real estate just make sure you do your numbers. Also the rental calculator on the BP site work very well.

@Elizabeth Colegrove makes a lot of sense with that mentally. That there us some good advice in my opinion

I wouldn't buy it. I feel there are too many variables in condos. I also feel it's too tight of a return for my taste

 David Dey Thanks i thought i was on the right track. PS great advice to beginers.  I guess someone  can get  so focused on making a deal they forget to be themselves. Great points by all and I've learned a lot here. Thanks everyone
