@Lam N. Good morning, I hope this message finds you well. Understand, that whether you think it’s a good idea or a bad idea you’re correct. Remember that our thoughts generally control our actions which intern create a result, the problem is most of the time we don’t accept the results and/or the consequences after the fact. And most of the time we victimize ourselves in the process, because of lack of accountability.

Quick example. I grew up In an environment where having food stamps public housing and section 8 or other government programs was the norm. however, now my family and I live in Coral Springs fl, which is consider an upper middle class neighborhood. Anytime I go back to those neighborhoods and see those that are still left that I can consider friends there’s always this look, or a sarcastic comment or something.

Anyway, the point! If you live your life based on other peoples perceptions, You just not living. You’re just existing in someone else’s world.

I’m sure you worked very hard to gain everything you have. If it was me, I’ll be damned if someone else is going to subject me into questioning whether or not I can enjoy what’s a earned. Believe me everybody has the same opportunities, Regardless of their upbringing.

I have been in and around construction and building maintenance and management since I could remember. Now,, understand that I’m not claiming to now it all. However, I am always learning and eagerly looking to help those that are doing and wanting to do the thing I love the most, which is real estate!!

@Dorian Weber thank you for the input, yeah I'm pretty familiar with HOA because I work with and in property management company for 4 yrs (First Service Residential) .. but It's hard to explain the situation, believe me that this building is not your typical HOA,, really the property needs to be converted to a rental community.
