I’m a Cleveland landlord looking to connect with other local investors, Make Ready Contractors, and Tradesmen. My former part-time maintenance person recently started working longer hours at his full-time job, so I’m expanding my go-to list of reliable professionals.

Right now, I need make-ready contractors to turn a few 2-bedroom units and an experienced framer to replace front porch pillars and handle some exterior repair work.

If you’ve got trusted contacts or have had great experiences with local tradespeople, please drop a comment or message me directly. Let’s connect, share resources, and help each other out — always open to building new relationships with fellow Cleveland investors and Tradesmen!

Generally, I use 2 door sensors, one motion and use the window decals and the yard sign. I suggest you use the simplysafe app on your phone so that you can turn it off and on remotely.
