I'm looking at building a mini storage facility and want to focus on online application/rent collection.  I'm in the process of building a website to operate.  Not sure if one should lock all vacant doors and unlock once leased but this would prevent the hands off management approach as I seek.  Any recommendations/ideas?  Thank you
