Hi fellow investors,
I am looking for a property manager in DFW area for my long term rental properties. My current property manager who is a realtor and manages few properties on the sides. He doesn't run a big property management firm. He is a solid guy but he is moving out of area.
My experience with big property management companies had not been so good. So I prefer somebody managing few properties with access to good handyman and eye for selecting long term tenants. 

However, any references which you have used in the past are welcome. Thanks.

I'm looking for references of good property managers and contractors in Dallas Fort Worth area which you have used in the past and found to be reliable.
